Senior Rugby

Stockport are looking forward to the challenge of the forthcoming season in North 1. We had a challenging season in 2007-2008 in North 2 West after relegation from North 1 and we achieved promotion back to North 1 via a play off game up at Durham. It is the first time a North west team has ever beaten a North East in the play offs. We will now bounce back into North 1 stronger and wiser with a younger stronger and better balanced squad . We continue to be a very ambitious club without forgetting our strong family roots. We are a club that combines a high level of rugby together with a strong sense of belonging. You should never underestimate the importance of the 'CRAIC'.

The 2nds, 3rds, 4ths, all play in their respective league of The Miller Homes Intermediate Leagues

Training starts on the 1st July and takes place on Tuesdays and Thursday starting promptly at 6.45pm
There is also a 'session' for 3rd's and 4th's on Wednesday nights at 6.45pm
