The Spring Ball will replace the previous years Sportsman’s dinner and will now take place right at the end of the season in April as opposed to June.

The Spring ball will be a black tie dinner dance event and open to everyone (Over 18s only).

We have a great guest rugby speaker booked , Mark Cueto MBE (Sale Sharks, England, British Lions), a fantastic live band ‘Three’s a crowd” (who many of you will know from bank holiday weekends at the Church inn, or locally) a DJ and other live entertainment and special guests.

There is a welcome drink included with your ticket and the meal will compromise of 3 courses and any special dietary needs can be accommodated for in advance. We will also have a fantastic raffle and auction on the night with some very exclusive prizes.

The ticket price for the Spring Ball is £55 per person, please in the first instance register your interest for tickets or a table with Gemma Schofield (07801 989682, gemma7@me.com) with your name , number of tickets and contact details. From the end of January Gemma will start to collect the required deposit of £25 per person or £250 per table, bookings will not be confirmed without the necessary deposit. The balance on the ticket / table will be due by early March.

To avoid disappointment it would be advisable to book early as the ball is strictly limited to 350 people (35 tables of 10) and already 25 tables have been reserved pre launch, it is anticipated we will have high demand for tickets which are only on sale until March 2016.

Bookings will be taken on a strictly first come first served basis. I hope we can all pull together and see every single age group and senior team represented on the night to support our rugby club whilst enjoying a great night out too.
