An Extraordinary General Meeting of Stockport RUFC will be held on Wednesday 5th September 2018 at 8.00 p.m. in the Clubhouse.

All fully paid-up members are advised to attend.

3) Motion : This meeting instructs the Executive Committee to proceed with all necessary steps to change the Club from an unincorporated members' club to a Company Limited by Guarantee.

This is an important meeting to discuss the future of the Club. It follows from advice from the RFU and concerns expressed by senior members of Club concerning personal legal liabilty. Please direct any questions to John Curzon (Honorary Secretary).
